  • 2 cups Jackfruit canned, drained and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded jackfruit, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce and cook for another 10 minutes until jackfruit is tender.
  4. Toast slider buns in a separate pan or toaster.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing the pulled jackfruit on the buns.
