- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Vegan mascarpone
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, vegan mascarpone, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
