Quiche Lorraine Recipe
A delicious vegan twist on the classic Quiche Lorraine.

Quiche Filling
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 cup Plant Milk
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 cup Spinach Chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
Pie Crust
- 1 unit Vegan Pie Crust Pre-made or homemade
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, plant milk, nutritional yeast, and turmeric. Mix well.
Add chopped spinach and sliced mushrooms to the mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the vegan pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and firm.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
