1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
2. Add the cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
