Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth.
  2. Add the cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve the sliders on small buns with your favorite toppings.
