  • 1 cup Quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Nuts your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the quinoa and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked and water is absorbed.
  3. 3. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and divide it into bowls.
  4. 4. Top with mixed berries, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
