Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup Sweet Potato mashed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mashed sweet potato, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
