Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa cooked
- 1 cup Sweet Potato mashed
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mashed sweet potato, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
