Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add bell peppers and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
Add vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
