Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange the carrot, cucumber, avocado, and red bell pepper in a line across the middle of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, applying gentle pressure.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. 7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
