Ramen Coleslaw Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 package ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
- 1 small head cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots carrots shredded
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Add the crushed ramen noodles and toss again.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
