Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 200 g Ramen Noodles
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce and mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Stir in spinach, carrots, and green onions. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
