Instructions
1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
5. Stir in spinach, carrots, and green onions. Cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
