  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until raspberries break down and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds, if desired.
  4. Let cool before serving.
