Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Beets, grated
- 1 cup Carrots, grated
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Grate the beets and carrots.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated beets, grated carrots, and chopped parsley.
3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
