Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Chop the broccoli into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, raisins, and almonds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
