  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
