Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce vegan
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt the vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking constantly until smooth.
  4. 4. Add the vegan cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. 5. Pour the cheese sauce over the toasted bread slices and serve immediately.
