Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper roasted and peeled
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies.
