  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper roasted and peeled
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies.
