Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or to taste
  • unit Ice cubes
  • unit Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Blend cucumber until smooth.
  2. Strain cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add lemon juice, cold water, and agave syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
