Slaw Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
