  • 1 cup Rice preferably short-grain
  • 4 cups Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine rice, almond milk, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens, about 25-30 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. 5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
