  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. 5. Transfer to a bowl and serve or store in the fridge.
