  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked overnight
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
