  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the pork loin with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Place the pork loin on a baking tray and roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
