  • 20 leaves Fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sage leaves and fry for about 1-2 minutes until crispy.
  3. Remove the leaves from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve immediately.
