- 1 large Cucumber sliced into rounds
- 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. Slice the cucumber into rounds about ¼ inch thick.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
4. Garnish with extra dill if desired and serve immediately.
