  • 1 large Cucumber sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumber into rounds about ¼ inch thick.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
  4. 4. Garnish with extra dill if desired and serve immediately.
