Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 1 cup Mango diced
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
3. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and olive oil. Mix well.
5. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the mango salsa.
