Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Oats ground
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, ground oats, soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve warm.
