  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
