  • 4 cups Fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
