Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Scallions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the scallions and soy sauce, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
