Sesame Cucumber Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers and toasted sesame seeds to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Serve immediately or let it chill in the fridge for 10 minutes for extra flavor.
