Sesame-Ginger Chickpea Patties

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 Green onions chopped
- ¼ cup Flour
- Olive oil for frying
Mash chickpeas in a mixing bowl.
Add sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, green onions, and flour. Mix well.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
