Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mash chickpeas in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, green onions, and flour. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
