Sesame Slaw Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and grated ginger.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
