Seven Layer Salad
A delicious and colorful vegan seven-layer salad.

Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped red onions
- 1 cup cooked corn kernels
- 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained
1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce as the base.
2. Add a layer of chopped tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
3. Follow with a layer of chopped cucumbers.
4. Add a layer of chopped bell peppers.
5. Next, add a layer of chopped red onions.
6. Add a layer of cooked corn kernels.
7. Finally, top with a layer of black beans.
8. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
