Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped red onions
  • 1 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce as the base.
  2. 2. Add a layer of chopped tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Follow with a layer of chopped cucumbers.
  4. 4. Add a layer of chopped bell peppers.
  5. 5. Next, add a layer of chopped red onions.
  6. 6. Add a layer of cooked corn kernels.
  7. 7. Finally, top with a layer of black beans.
  8. 8. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
