- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- 1 lb butternut squash cubed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
