  • 1 cup Zucchini shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Shred the cabbage, carrot, and zucchini using a grater.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the shredded vegetables to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
