Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Assemble the burritos by layering rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and cooked vegan shrimp on each tortilla.
5. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
