Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hearts of palm, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped optional
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Add lime juice and jalapeño (if using). Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
