  • 1 cup Vegan shrimp
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add vegan shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve cold with extra lemon wedges if desired.
