Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Vegan shrimp
  • 250 g Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add vegan shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
