Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan shrimp
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add bell peppers and onions, cook until soft.
  3. 3. Add vegan shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add vegan cheese, cooked veggies, and shrimp.
  5. 5. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, flip and cook the other side.
  6. 6. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
