Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Vegan shrimp
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 oz Linguine pasta
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the vegan shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are heated through.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.
  5. 5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
