Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz vegan shrimp
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add vegan shrimp to the skillet, cook until heated through.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine (if using) and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss in cooked pasta, mix well to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
