Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter Recipe
A delicious vegan take on the classic sirloin steak with garlic butter.

Main Ingredients
- 4 vegan sirloin steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup vegan butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- optional Fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the vegan sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Reduce heat to medium, add vegan butter and minced garlic.
Baste the steaks with the garlic butter for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
