Ingredients

  • 4 vegan sirloin steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup vegan butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • optional Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the vegan sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add vegan butter and minced garlic.
  5. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
