  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, and vegetable oil. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased skillet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
