Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Toppings

  • ½ cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese
  • 1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms) sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. 5. Roll out the dough to fit your skillet. Place the dough in the skillet.
  6. 6. Spread tomato sauce over the dough. Add vegan cheese and vegetables.
  7. 7. Cook on the stovetop over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve.
