Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 0.5 cup Sliced Red Bell Pepper
- 0.25 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Dressing
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
