Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck roast
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sandwich rolls
- Optional: pickles, mustard, or other toppings
Place beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Add vegetable broth, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred the beef with two forks.
Serve on sandwich rolls with optional toppings.
