Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

- 2 cups shredded jackfruit
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup vegan ranch dressing
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
1. Place the shredded jackfruit in the slow cooker.
2. Pour the buffalo sauce over the jackfruit and stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
4. Once cooked, shred the jackfruit further if needed.
5. Toast the burger buns if desired.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the buffalo jackfruit on the buns, topping with shredded lettuce and a drizzle of vegan ranch dressing.
