Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 oz Egg-free noodles

Instructions 

  1. Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg-free noodles and cook until tender.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
